I watched it for free through soemone's stream last year, the quality was awful, and it was laggy as hell.

Contemplated ordering it, but the little bit I've seen so far on the official site leads me to believe it will be as crappy and laggy as last year when I ordered it.
Not paying for crappy stream 2 years in a row... first time shame on me, 2nd time shame on Blizzard.
