After being beat down by the grind of 25 man end game raiding,and the announcement that in Cataclysm 10 man and 25 man gear would be the same, we started The Illuminati. We plan to focus on 10 man regular and heroic content now and after Xpac. We believe that raiding should be fun, yet productive and that all members of the raid MUST pull their weight! We will progress through content or figure out why we are not and make the necessary changes to remedy. If a friendly, but solid 10 man raiding environment sounds like a home for you, please give us a look!

Our current raid nights are Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from 8pm server (CST) until 11 pm server. We are 12/12 ICC 10 Normal and 9/12 ICC 10 Heroic. Loot in guild is currently simply a fair roll system, main spec over off. In 10 man raiding DKP or EPGP systems are generally not needed.

CURRENT RECRUITING NEEDS:
2 Tanks (Will consider any class, Willingness to play an offspec is a huge plus)
1 Balance/Resto Druid
1 Shadow/Disc Priest
1 Elemental/Resto Shaman

In need of tanks badly, if you're a main tank kind of guy/gal and are good at what you do, make a home with us! We are a solid 10 man raiding crew and we will kill content in Xpac!

You must be willing to play your offspec on any given night, depending on what the raid composition is for that particular night. Applicants must also be willing to sit from time to time as this is a 10 man guild, and only 10 spots are available per night. If having to sit occasionally is something you can't deal with, you need not apply.
