Retail Cata digital download?

Hey, for me, I like having the retail wow box sets on my shelf just to show (as there pretty )
I was woundering, for those of us who have pre-ordered retail cata, will we also be able to get a digital download some how? / Get the game a few days early so we can pre download it.

Or do I have to wait for it to come 3 days late after Amazon promises to have it on release day? D:
And please don't suggest buy both, as that is just a waste.

Gamestop I believe usualy has it on release day if you preorder it.

If you want to play at midnight though you will have to buy the digital download off blizzard.

Well at Blizzcon they announced that you would be able to download Cataclysm before the release and if ordered directly from Blizzard, you were allowed to start as soon as the servers went live

EDIT: Apparently, i can.
I'll glady pay retail for it on the hour of release, even without the box. (My boxes just end up in a cupboard somewhere anyway)

play.com is normally good, if you live in the UK at least.

when i pre-ordered WOTLK i got it 2-3 days early.
