A Question about dots and haste.

So I read in another thread that something like between 1230 and 1406 haste your in a sort of area where its not worth as much to dots due to them not gaining anything? but over 1400 its brilliant again.

Normally I'd sim this but configuring simcraft for reforged gear etc is beyond my ability.

Right now I'm at 1335 Haste(wtb 2 more :P) and could afford to regem quite easily to get another 70 haste for the extra tick on immo/UA through regemming, but I'm wondering if the loss of 70 Int is really worth it, just to reach that extra tick.

Current Stats
Int = 1999
SP = 3289
Hit = 17.38%
Crit = 25.56%
Master = 14.64

This is as Destro, but I mainly play aff(yes its lower dps in perfect conditions but in ICC on movement fights I seem to pull bigger numbers)
So yea, Im aff MS/Destro OS.

Other part is - Does Black Magic beat 63 SP now? I imagine it'd get pretty crazy with my engi gloves, 1400 haste and black magic all going at once?
