    Is my pc compatible with...

    I'm in urgent need of your help about a question of vital importance!
    Is the Nvidia Geforce GTS450 compatible with my pc?

    normally, you won't have any issues with installing a new graphics card. they are specifically tested to make sure they work with a wide range of CPU's, RAM, OS and other stuff. your display devices don't matter, since you're going to replace your ATI card with an Nvidia card (no, they won't be able to work together).

    You basically say that that card is not compatible with my pc? Or you meant the two cards are not compatible with each other?

    Yeah, if there is a slot that a graphics card can fit in on your Motherboard. I'd say there's a very high chance that it will work.

    Only depends if the card needs a lot of power and if you have a PSU that can power it.

    First, I've never had luck with GTS cards.

    Secondly, unless I'm mistaken you have an AGP slot in your current computer. I don't think the 2XX line is anything but PCI-E (might be wrong there don't quote me). That would be a serious issue.
