So did anyone hear GCs answer to shadowpriests?

The last guy on Open Q/A session of WoW asked why they changed shadowpriests from being a support class to being a powerfull dps class.
Ghost Crawler answered that the feedback from the community was that they wanted to kill things themselves instead of making others better..
So here it goes.. why hasnt Ret Paladins gotten the same treatment yet?

I thought ret got a huge overhaul in 3.0 to make sure they could do competitive damage. But I might be wrong.

And Also in Cata, where things are still changing to make sure classes come out somewhat balanced for the competitive 85 pvp.

Grats on taking what he said out of context. Ret paladins have gotten that treatment. If you're gonna spout off about blessings, might I point you shadow priests being able to cast fort.
