About the Guild
Is a sinner (ias) was founded in May 2008 by a group of friends who first began raiding together in Vanila WoW. Ever since the guild was founded it has strived to achieve the very highest standards of raiding, and has continued to progress up the EU rankings. Azjol-Nerub is one of the very oldest servers, one which the Alliance has always dominated in terms of numbers. Despite the overwhelming numbers of the Alliance, the Horde remains persistent and still produces some of the server’s finest gamers.
Regarding 10mans ias is currently ranked server 3rd having cleared all 10man content. Ias is the only Horde guild on Azjol to have downed both LK 10man hc, and RS 10man hc.
In 25mans ias are ranked server 4th having only failed to down LK hc and RS hc. Ias are still working on downing LK hc before Cataclysm goes live and have a personal best attempt of 41%.
We raid 16hrs each week and would expect a minimum of 75% attendance each week from our raiders.

Ias is an active guild raiding both 10 man and 25man raids weekly. We are still working Heroic: Fall of the Lich King (25 player) and have a personal best attempt of 41%. Downing LK 25man hc would put us Horde rank 1st and realm rank 2nd going into Cataclysm, which is where we are aiming to be.
We are actively completing various ‘old school’ achievements and have several members on 9k/10k achievement points. We also have several members who do well in arena and on the PvP scene making the guild an active, fun and present place to be when not raiding.
WHAT WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING
Ias are currently recruiting for a final push at downing LK 25man hc, and to boost our numbers ready for Cataclysm. We currently have space in our raid team for:-

What do we expect from you?
- We expect you to have high attendance and be able to attend 75% of all raids.
- You will need to have, and be able to use Ventrilo.
- Come prepared for all raids, brining all necessary potions/flasks/food buffs/repair money.
-Good knowledge and understanding of your class and role in a raid.
-Have good raid awarness. Knowing when to move, when not to move, knowing when to dps and when to not to dps etc.
-Raid experience. We require you to have higher than average raid experience and be able to provide evidence of this and your ability within raids.
Raiding Times
We currently raid Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday evenings 20:15-24:00 server time
