No disarm protection from PoJ!

So I was curious, since engineers tinkers stack with enchants now, are they going to make the BS chain stack as well. The reason I ask is because with the loss of disarm protection from PoJ the chain from BS would give the same benefit (I think they are both at 50% reduced time). Can anyone answer this?

They do not stack, and I don't think they will. Should they stack, that would be the equivalent of cutting all disarming duration by half, because everyone could be sporting a chain in his weapon without sacrificing nothing.
