Since arp was removed got a bit confused with my tirnkets..which is better to use as MM ..Herkumi War Token OR Needle-Encrusted Scorpion?? please say me your opinions..

Herkuml, hands down. The haste is amazing, the 100% uptime on the buff is far superior to the dismally low uptime on NES' buff (even though it's zomg haste).

I'm doing amazing after 4.0.1 with the Needle-Encrusted Scorpion & Herkuml War Token combo. the scorpion's proc is now haste instead of armor pen. "skillscore" aside, I shelved Death's Choice and Whispering Fanged Skull because haste is scaling better with my gear than the passive or proc effect on either. If you don't have the scorpion yet don't give up, although now its also an amazing caster trinket as well. (It is passive crit and proc haste)
