It needs to be off the GCD. Why a tank cooldown (one that shouldn't be precast when taking damage) is still on the GCD is retarded.

Surprised it took that long to nerf ShoR.
25k crits with Vengeance up is too much.

Shield of the Righteousness (Pally Shield Slam).
Bone Shield is nice in heroics when it lasts 3 minutes in VH never losing a charge because you have a disc priest.
