Where else can one find out which guilds are recruiting other than the official realm forums and MMO-C?

Yes, but that would require me to already know they were recruiting. Or even their existence.

Most forums for realm's have a guild list sticky topic, which has the guild name, and sometimes the link to the guild website (if not Google the name and realm) and when you go to the guild website, most of the good ones have what they are looking for right on the main page.
