    Die by the Sword

    Hi all,
With Slam not being at its best atm, i was wondering if it was
viable to take points out of bloodsurge and putting them in die by the sword.
While also an iffy talent, it may be helpful in situations (like pulls) to help
survive boss aggro. Has anyone tried it or is using it? I'd really like to hear
    your opinions about it.
    Thanks.

I Have points into both talents, take your point out of Blood Craze and the points you have in Meat Cleaver
A hero of war, yeah that's what I'll be. And when I come home, they'll be damn proud of me

I have one point in it right now, but only because Bloodsurge is so useless, and there's nothing else to put points into. I wouldn't take it with the expectation that you're going to pull boss aggro and that would save you.

I've been PvPing a full week now with my Fury warrior (part relentless, part wrathful gear) and i must say that this talent from a PvP point of view sucks.

There's too many ways to get around it, melees will just hump your back, or stun you. And casters aren't affected at all.

A poor man's deterrence if you will.

Regardless, it could save your life vs that Cleaving boss... if it doesn't one shot you from 21% to 0% though.

While I dont like die by the sword, taking 3 points out of bloodsurge sounds really attractive. I NEVER use slam in pve, god forbid pvp....

I might pick it up, and get furious attacks, for the off chance I get into some pvp...not too sure.

There is something you must know about the talent...

    There is a reward,
To live and die by the sword,
Well they tried to complicate you,
But you left it all behind,
    All worldly possessions,
    Are left for recollection,
    And finally it's all gone.

If you don't rend and especially if you have a warrior tank sundering then there are times when you can weave slam into the rotation. Sure it's not very good but it beats waiting a second for another ability.

There's no +1 voting system here. Sorry
