Questing Pre-80

I'm a level 69 Ret Paladin, and had played a significant amount before patch 4.0.1 hit. One of the things I've always liked about the Ret Paladin was its survivability. Since the patch, I've found that we have significantly less survivability as a solo act, but this may just be due to my unfamiliarity with the new rotation.

My question: what kind of rough rotation are you guys using in fights with multiple mobs where you know you're going to need to heal yourself (or, an alternative, fights with elites)? For the record: I've read the stickies, and I know the priorities.
