Currency Conversions Coming with Patch 4.4.0 on April 30

Was curious if the damage reduction of these 2 abilities were exclusive (i.e using both =/= 40% reduction but stays at 20) or if they are both usuable at the same time. If anyone knows or has a link to a blue on this I would love any feedback.

pretty sure someone in the protection threat than they add together so they can be used at the same time.
It'll either be 40% less damage or 36% or its multiduplicative thingy.
