There are 2 solutions for your problem:

1.Naga Razer mouse (as the rest of the replies mentioned) it makes room for at least 48 binds (12 normal keys, Shift modifier, Ctrl modifier, Alt modifier)
To be honest I'm fine with my Microsoft mouse (X3 or X5 dont remember the model) which has 2 extra keys on the side for your thumb to use .

    2.Plain modifier macros or simple Shift+ , Ctrl+ , Alt+ keybindings .

You can choose either or both .
    Either way you win .

    ~,1,2,3,4,5
    q,e,r,t,f , mouse4, mouse5,wheel in
    shift + (e,4,space,f,mouse4,mouse5,wheel in )
(shift or ctrl 123 are difficult with long fingers)
    ctrl+e
caps lock for sw for life
thats 24 keybinds if you also remap S , since backpedaling aint that useful

I use a five button mouse--left click, right click, left side button, right side button, and middle scrolling wheel button. Cheap mouse I think I got it at walmart.

I keybind 13 spells to my mouse with shift, cntrl, an alt key variations, and I use Q (which near my movement keys) to trigger Chakra, and E for another spell.

    I use, F1 to target myself, ~, F2-F12, 1-=, [ ] ; ' , . and things like Shift-H for Hearthstone or Shift-P for non-combat pets.
Keep your main spells in the 1-6, F1-F6 area if you don't bind your mouse and you can leave default game binds in place.

Bind similar spells together on the same button, i.e. Dispel - Mass Dispel, Hymn of Hope - Divine Hymn, Circle of Healing - Holy Nova, etc.
    Macros like these work well,

    #showtooltip
/use [mod:alt] !Mass Dispel;[@mouseover, exists, nodead][] Dispel Magic

    #showtooltip
    /use [@mouseover, help][@target, help][] Flash Heal

    #showtooltip
/use [nocombat, mod:alt] Will of the Forsaken
    /use [combat,mod:alt] Cannibalize
/use [combat] Will of the Forsaken
    /use [nocombat] Cannibalize

Just remember not to bind Alt-F4, /, or Esc. to anything.

If I don't use it regularly, I don't keybind it. I'll just click it. It keeps my keybinds a little smaller.

    I use:
    F1-F5
    ~-7
    shift1-7

And I need to add a few keybinds, so I'll most likely use: ctrl Z-C if they're opened. I'll have to double check.
    This passion is a plagiarism.
