What level to max professionns in Cata?

I have a few alts sitting at lvl 68 so I could max alchemy and get transmute master on them for the daily gem. What level will they need to be to get their professions to max in Cata? i'm guessing 70 or 75 but if anyone knows for sure please let me know.

I saw a similar thread a couple of days a go, and I think the answer was Lvl 75.

Also keep in mind that most professions you will be able to do cata crafting at 425 (so you do not have to hit 450).
