The Squirrel Mafia is a PvE progression guild that was formed in open Beta and has been continuously active ever since. We are proud of our history of competitively downing every boss that Blizzard as ever released and we look to continue that tradition of excellence into the final chapter of Wotlk and into cataclysm.
TSM can offer potential recruits a stable and highly competitive endgame PvE experience as well as an open and member-focused guild environment that encourages players to be social and "have fun".
Those were our founding principles, and ones that we have kept to for almost 6 years.
Most of us here in TSM have looked upon Wrath as somewhat of a down expansion. Mainly due to missing leadership we have not always achieved the goals we have set for ourselves. However, we did get a Heroic Lich King kill and we look to move into Cataclysm with some momentum and ready to once again compete for a US-top PvE kills. We are currently Shadowmoon's #1 guild and we plan to maintain that rank.
We will continue to focus on 25 man content.
PvP
One of the advantages of being a guild from vanilla is that we have people that remember the glory days of WSG and AB. We will be looking to field a competitive rated BG team but we will remain a primarily PvE focused guild.
Current Recruiting Needs:
Due to Cataclysm fast approaching our class needs are somewhat less strict as I'm sure the roster will be somewhat in flux as the expansion hits. If you are an exceptional player I guarantee you that we will have raiding opportunities in the near future.
1 Tank
Previous 25 man tanking experience a must - prefer Feral Druid or DK but class is really unimportant. Good raid leading/communication ability a big plus!
2 Ranged Dps
Mages, Warlocks, Hunters, Elemental Shaman preferred. But any exceptional dps will be considered.
2 Melee DPS
Death Knight, Enhancement Shaman or Feral Druids fill immediate holes, but any exceptional dps will be considered.
Schedule:
Tuesdays - Thursdays 7:50-12:00 EST.
We rarely run late, but all applicants are expected to be able to make all raiding days on time with no exceptions.
