So doing the Elemental invastion crap a few minutes ago I stopped to look at the new model (which i know has been there since the patch). Anyway it hit me upon close inspection why the tree with Mannoroth's armor and skull are no longer in Org after the city changes. Garrosh made the skull into his left shoulder covering with the tusks going from his chest back over his shoulders.

I'd post pics of the two but I'm not sure how to lol. Maybe someone will be lovely enough to do so. XD
