6th customization option for female worgen?

some people on the wow forums in this thread have been discussing something about a 6th option for worgen to use for something. but since my wow account is frozen for the moment i cant ask or find out what they are talking about. so i was wondering if i missed something about worgen getting a 6th option to use for making their worgen or what?

i mean last i remember all races have only 5 options to use (i could be wrong) there is the hair color option that doesn't do anything for your worgen form and changes human forms hair. maybe they wont use that option or something? im confused on if i missed something about what i said above so if someone can tell me what this is about i highly appreciate it.

edit: right after i posted this it seems they are talking about the hair color option as a 6th option to use? i think by this they mean. it changes hair color for human form but worgen form uses this option for something else? still confused.

Human hair color currently doesn't affect anything about Worgen form.

Skin color = Fur color
Face = Facial fur pattern
Hairstyle = Mane style
Hair color = (nothing changes)
Piercings = Ear shape

Personally I'd like to see hair color affect Worgen eye color. Because, well, I'd like to pick my eye color.

how about changing 'hair color' option to: no snarl (something similar to alpha model) / snarl (as in the current model) / even more angry snarl with front teeth exposed (like in some emotes)
