Hi, as most of you may know Ye Olde Goone Squade has been going through a tough time recently with raid progress. So it is with great pleasure I am able to announce to you Project Draine.

Project Draine is a new guild formed from the raiding core of YOGS. However you won’t recognise any of the names since as the guild name suggests, we have all re-rolled to the superior master race Draine. This has come about due to our extensive Alpha and Beta testing of the new World of Warcraft expansion pack Cataclysm, which is being released in just over a month’s time from now.

Due to our superior and extensive game knowledge we have theorized that the master race Draine will be the only race needed to make a successful raiding guild. This is due to superior racials, base stats and the raid/class combinations you can get with an all Draine guild.

Therefore we are here today to announce to you that YOU too can be a part of Project Draine. If you are interested in endgame content within an all Draine environment, Project Draine is the place for you. We are accepting applications from exceptional players of the following classes; Hunter, Mage, Paladin, Priest, Shaman, Warrior and Death knight. If you believe you have what it takes to be part of the Draine master race do not hesitate to get in contact.

We at Project Draine believe that we will be able to maximise both enjoiment of the game and end game PvE/PvP/RP/IG content by enveloping ourselves in the immersive world of being a master race Draine whilst being in an all Draine guild. With the Cataclysm expansion pack release date set for 7th December, Project Draine is having a mandatory guild meet up at a secret location, if you are chosen to be a member of this prestigious institution you will be invited to the meet. The meet is mandatory since we cannot be beaten by Redrum to realm firsts again, Lich King heroic was a setback, and all will be rectified in Cataclysm with Draine master racials.

Once the Cataclysm has come, Project Draine will play an active part in the development of The Venture Co server. As #1 Draine only guild we will provide many resources to the World of Warcraft Community as a whole, for example we will provide many video guides to fights, special events and Draine lore. As well as maintaining an active social presence on the main networks such as Facebook and Twitter to provide Draine fans with up-to-date Draine information.

To qualify for the Draine rank in guild your must first be Draine, have superior master racial, have completed Draine starting area and have hearthstone set to Exodar. We also require that you never discuss the Project Draine rules in any way, shape or form, including in guild chat. The exception being in Draine only officers chat. We also allow all non Draine players into the guild on the basis that they will one day reroll master race Draine (please note all non Draine members are kicked on a nightly basis).
