With the expansion fast approaching and numerous guilds forming to become the next best thing since the Ipod, we bring to the WoW community an innovative project with the aim to cater to a specific player base.
We are looking to create an extremely competetive raiding guild catered for the more mature gamer (20+). During the expansion it has become ever apparent that the camaraderie and general ideals and ethics of a raiding guild have sadly dwindled. Our aim is to change all that - to create a tenacious and competetive team yet incorporate and uphold the ideals that once made raiding a pleasure.
What we aim to offer:
* An adult community, where maturity is prominent but the love for gaming is evident
* A hardcore player base with the desire to succeed at end-game raiding.
* A brand new start within the game alongside passionate and ambitious players.
* A guild with a firm emphasis on community.
* A chance to be part of an initial setup, where your ideas and views matter.
* A management team with a wealth of knowledge within high-end raiding guilds.
* A solidified end-goal without deviation from such.
What we expect from you:
* Preferably two years experience of end-game raiding at a relevant level (Naxx40 - Sunwell - ICC Heroic) We understand people are returning to the game. We are not specfically looking for "Light of the Dawn" titles but we need some kind of gauge on ability.
* Passionate - We are looking for players to have a real desire to play the game - we are looking for people wanting to hit the expansion with full force and determination to succeed.
* Intelligence/Maturity - We require our players to be able to communicate in coherent sentences and to have attained a good grasp of the English language and grammar.
**This is highly important - we are looking for people who can actually function in RL society as well as in the online community.
* Proactive - We need players to who want to contribute and involve themselves within the community.
* Activity - We understand people have jobs, children and other commitments but we require a decent amount of activity and for that activity to be sustained.
Proposed Raid Times:
As an older group of players - we are looking to raid a little later than most to allow, players to have some of there "own" time before a raid or an event.

Friday - Off day / 10 mans
Saturday - Off day / 10 mans

Times are CEST (Game time)
We require a strict three day minimum raid attendance, and these times during Cata release can be subject to extentions depending on progress.
Ideally we are looking to maintain a 25man guild - we belive with the right players and our own unique style we can remain competetive within the World Ranks and solidfy our guild as the best on the server we choose.

At this time we have setup a basic website in which to base our guild out of in which will be dealing with all queries and applications.
We look very much forward to hearing from you, and we would also like to wish all guilds the best of luck for the expansion.
