Cata Raid-Tier 1 (Rogue) Offhands?

Sooo... I went through the list again and something striked me as odd... there are no hardmode-weapons with a speed of 1.5 or less. The fastest one is actually a single dagger with speed 1.8.

So yeah, are my eyes playing tricks on me again or will we indeed be unable to even just theoretically get a full hardmode-set?
