We're assuming they've been "cleared", right? I wouldn't want Yogg living in my basement. D:
Anyway, I'd stick to ones that contain actual homes. Karazhan is probably the most plush, but UK/UP, SFK, CoS, Mt. Hyjal, and Durnholde would all contain the necessary amenities.

For my druid, he'd be living in Zul'aman or possibly Ulduar..
My death knight would place himself in Stratholme
My warrior in Karazhan, no doubt.. :P
Could think of the rest of my characters, but this will do for now..
Sometimes I will log out in Roleplaying gear, so if my stats in the image below, seem ridicoulously low, then that's probably the reason.

Tempest keep for sure. Its a freekin floating palace with arcane energy! The only problem is when the former resident Kael would make a setback. Again!
