Questing or Dungeons for leveling?

What is now faster quests or dungeon finder for leveling?

On my mage which i leveled 1 year ago , i have 4 days 4 hours played at 41lvl (85 bgs played)

While on my new created warlock i have 1 day 4 hours /played at 36 level (17 bgs played)

I know there was million topics like this but they all outdated.

Well 10-20 minutes queues as a dps would mean your pretty much stuck doing at least some quests while you wait... So how about both?
