Can anyone how this works? I got mighty confused when my healing surge was actually healing for less than the tooltip says by quite a chunk

Yes i can how it works. It scales with spellpower! That how i can it works.

Seriously dude... what is your question? If your Healing Surge healed for less than it showed on tooltip there can be a couple of reason. Someone had a Mortal Strike effect on him for example. Also for some reason tooltip sometimes took amount of healing on self instead of target, which is different because of spark of life.

People really don't have a clue how to use forums properly :s
