your provider or your router have a 24h disconnect. It's common.

You aren't possibly in the military or living with your parents are you? That sounds like an intentionally created control. Who is your ISP? (that would be AT&T, Comcast, whatever--whoever provides you internet service.)

im in australia (westnet) and mine seems to disconnect some nights at 12:40~ and reconnects at around 1:10, nfi what its about, i dont have any limitations on it (parent cant do it anyway, they attempt to drag and drop files with their right mouse button :/) and the company doesnt have a clue what its about either
