    Cyclone

    Priests can now "fade" out of this spell if they have the talent "Phantasm".

    Is this intended?

    no, cyclone is not movement impairing effect. Its just bugged like many things...

    While we're on the subject, any other abilities that can currently remove cyclone that shouldn't be able to?

    Only thing i know that can remove cyclone are pvp trinkets.. Dont know about the others.
