They seem to be those glass floats that fishermen used to use. Or at least you see them in antique shops at the seaside anyway. I guess if murlocs have glowy glass eggs then yes they are.

In my opinion, you turn those leggins into a kilt/dress, it becomes a shaman tier. The watery theme just seems more casterish..I would expect the hunter tier to be more woodsie, like a fricin gilly suit would be awesome.

I'd have to say, for the most part, that t11 is one of the best tiers thus far. Its is inarguable that it is creative, and I really like that blizzard is taking risks on armor sets, choosing models that will not be popular with the entirety of the WoW community, but rather a small group. And lets be realistic, how many of you wear every single helmet you get? I'd rather have an interesting and unpopular helmet, than a boring popular one.
