I created an account just to share this because i could not find another thread about it. So, all realms are linked in the BG queue...
I just went from a <1 queue to a 17 minute queue, then I went on my ally and got literally instant queues. Why? Because of the ally-horde imbalance.
It is obvious that there are more horde players than alliance so why on earth would blizzard implement this change?
I know this sounds like I am just QQing, maybe I am but I stopped playing for untll this is fixed or until cata when i faction change to worgen.

Which battlegroup are you in? I'm assuming Bloodlust because I too went from <15 second queues to 15-20min ones after xferring to Horde.
That's just the way things are, the majority of PvP servers are horde dominated, accept it and face the disadvantages or face being alliance
