Northen Cloth Scavenging-like ability?

Hey.

I'm a tailor, and I was wondering if any of you beta-players have come across an ability similar to Northern Cloth Scavenging in Cataclysm?
And if there is one, how do you get it?
I'm just curious.

My suspicion is that the old cloth scavenge ability is still in effect on Cata mobs. I seem to find cloth on a lot of mobs after others have looted them.
