I'd say it's the same for me for the most part, though I still have those moments here and there where a scene/event reminds me of why I fucking love anime/manga. One Piece's manga chapters lately have been very much like that, and despite what some of you guys think of KLK, it gave me a shit-ton of fistpump moments. Kawaisou this season is already making me pretty happy as well.
That's another thing, as you've seen from my past posts from this season one of my favorite things about anime is how happy it makes me, or excited. And almost every show this season has that happy/adorable (Kawaisou) or excitement (Brynhilder) to it.

Being super critical of the smallest thing in series also doesn't help.
Meanie. ;~;
Yes. I would re-watch One Piece and Gintama.
And not watch Fate/Zero this time.
Me too.
Then I remember I have enough emotional scars.
Still didn't watch it. Is it really that good?
Yeah, the first half was pretty good. I felt Death Note dropped it's charm once *he* died though, I dropped it at that point.
Those feelings are perfectly mirrored of my own. I love One Piece, I loved KLK and Kawaisou is really making me smile right now.
I'm reading the Brynhildr manga and.... Fuck. Like, seriously. Fuck. This better have some good story developments to back and at least somewhat justify all this suffering or else.
I AM NOT EVEN FUCKING EXAGGERATING.(Edited for spoiler safety.)
