Whoever said that sounds silly.

A studio has multiple teams that are working on different episodes all at the same time. They also make it very fast which accounts for the terrible quality. It's easier when you adapt a single chapter and know what to do, which is all the team has to do.

It also explains why the animation style or looks might seem different from episode to episode. I know that different episodes of One Piece have looked different at times, at least, if only slightly so.

Ya it's pretty depressing what they go through to give us entertainment in platforms we like in either reading the manga or watching the anime.

They might just enjoy it that much, though. But I do feel sorry for them.

If you're going to watch a sequel, you should always watch what came before it first, no matter its quality.

Yeah, usually that's true. However, sometimes the original series are just too old or bad, or the new one covers what the old one did, but better.

I believe Netflix has a subtitle option, so that's good.


Also, I never really thought to post it before but I have a Cherry Blossom tree in front of my house, a baby one. No, it wasn't my choice to have one (though it's awesome) and it was planted before I got into anime, a couple years ago.
