Ignoring those two rather big flaws, the entire thing was far too surreal. It looked like a dream, when it wasn't supposed to look like one. If I hadn't watched the music video beforehand I would have thought he was just having some nightmare or something.

That's not what I mean, I mean on wowheroes (a site I have seen a lot of guilds use as kind of a basis to see how well you perform), they don't show Warcraft Logs stuff. Since it's not on that site it usually gets looked over.

There is zero indication in the anime that the loop even happened more than three times. We see three of her deaths, but there is no reason to believe it happened any more than that. This is sorta important seeing as it was supposed to repeat over a DECADE. We also have no idea that the girl was also in a loop.

I took it as he was simply re-living the events each time from the point of when he woke up, not that he was repeatedly waking up. With the way he progressively gets more frantic until he finally snaps and just says F you cat, to me it seemed like there was a lot more then just what we saw going onto him. I don't think that just three deaths would break him to the point where he puts his life out instead of hers, he loved her and wanted to save her yes but to literally just get to the point where you decide the only way to stop the cycle is to end your own life in place of hers it would take a lot I would imagine. I didn't see song beforehand, so maybe that's why I interpreted it this way, but to me it gave off the feeling it was more then just three times.
