Just finished watching Elfen Lied... I'm very disappointed. **May contain slight spoiler:It's like they tried to make a deep series and failed badly. And they didn't even explain all the aftermath of the events that occurred. Just left me hanging in a bad way.
Not sure which color to use for spoilers. Hopefully this one isn't very easy to read.

I agree, I was not all that impressed with Elfen Lied. It's not a bad series, but I think it is undeserving of all the praise it gets. I almost think it might be due to some people who are maybe not too familiar with anime seeing it for the first time and thinking, "OMG Boobs and Blood in a cartoon?!? This is the greatest thing ever!" Or maybe it just isnt my thing, who knows. I have read that the manga is alot better but I did not really enjoy the series enough to ever find out.

Looks good. I see Donald and Goofy are at least there in the cut scene. I wonder why they are not on your team and what the hell those other things are. And I guess the rumors of a Hunchback of Notre Dame level were correct, cannot wait to see what other worlds there are. Maybe they will finally use some of the Pixar movies. Toy Story, Monsters Inc, WALL-E or hell, even Cars would be alot of fun. Like have a racing mini game for the Cars one. Or how about an Incredibles world where Sora gets to run around with super powers? Looks like we get to play as Riku for at least part of it as well. Story wise, this one is supported to link KHII and KHIII together. Who knows when we will finally see III though. Originally Posted by Shishca

Basicly some guy broke a cat statue and is then able to talk to cats, he has to help 100 of em for the curse to be lifted and he is allergic to cats. Both of them are very funny, although I think Seto no Hanayome is alot funnier. Nyan Koi is also one of the few romance love-triangle type series where I really liked both of the girls. They were both pretty interesting and well drawn out characters who brought something unique. More then just the typical archetypes and both fit well with the protagonist.
Kanako was way hotter though, IMO

FLCL and Death Note seem like safe choices, most people will agree that they enjoyed the series, even if they call them overrated because of fans claiming them to be the best thing ever. Originally Posted by Laylie

Yeah theres also fate/stay night if you haven't watched it laylie. It's the "original anime" if you can call it that. Theres also a movie Fate: Unlimited Blade Works, and the one coming out this season is a "10 years earlier" from it.

I think I am going to start Death note next and watch an episode of lucky star every 2 deathnote episodes. I really need to watch Death note since I fell out of the loop.
