You've seen a bunch of long series, and possibly rewatched a lot more than I have. It wouldn't make it anywhere near your days watched, but I don't have my One Piece rewatch added to MAL, either. That's probably 7 days or something.

So, if by chance there is not going to be a second season for NGNL, what would be best to pick up, manga or the LN? I really don't like just reading things. Having pictures on the side is a lot better and makes everything easier to me, so I would prefer to read the manga but I have no idea if the manga follows the same story like the LN.

Go with the LN, the anime barely gets updated while the LN is being translated fairly quickly. Have gotten 3 or so chapters in the past two weeks alone.

I concur on animation, but art? Come on, the art style is unbearably ugly.
