i only checked through the last 30 pages or so, but i didn't find any posts about usagi drop, and im wondering if any of you watched it, as it is a show from the summer season. I just started watching it this weekend and i gotta say it's one of the most heartwarming shows i've seen, it's surprisingly good.

The Kyoto arc should last the entirety of the series, it's pretty long, I believe they actually cut alot from the manga at the beginning of this season so everything would fit.

ye but there are more arcs after the kyoto arc I want to see more arcs of it.

Just finished the last episode of Nichijou. The final was super cute too, featuring the girls throwing a surprise birthday party for Nano. Such a great series and I am sad to see it end. I really hope we get a 2nd season somewhere down the line.

What am I going to do without my weekly dose of Hakase? Thankfully, starting on Tuesday I will have Ika Musume to fill the hole.

so last episode of hanasaku iroha its avaliable gonna marathon it since i stopped on #20... also Madoka final BD is out soo that means time to rewatch! Magical girl is such a cute genre =D isnt it?

I started watching the latest season of nurarihyon no mago but it feels odd like dunno fake? mebe is just me and my hormones... anyway gotta watch somethin so ican stop thinkin about that girl who doesnt answer my messages... foreveralone :3 ohh yeah and watched 10 episodes of natsume yuujinchou san but well it wasnt that good as the past seasons.

Just downloaded the last BD volume myself too, gonna rewatch it probably tomorrow (for the first time after it aired not to mention).
I am prepared for some bitch tears.

Looks really good. Looking forward to this one quite a bit. I think I might replay that game as well. Almost done with a replay of Okami and Persona 4 would be a goof follow up.

Same so I doubt I will watch it this season. I already plan to watch 3 shows this season on top of all the normal anime I watch so I dont want to get too many shows going.

Is it weird that the thing I am looking forward to the most is the new opening for One Piece? It was announced that the new opening, titled "We Go" will be sung by Hiroshi Kitadani and will be a follow up to "We Are" the song from the very first One Piece opening that was also sung by Kitadani.

Oh, and when I was talking about One Piece being off next week, I was talking about the Manga, not the anime. In honor of the new One Piece opening next week, lets all enjoy what thus far is probably my favorite opening from One Piece, maybe even my favorite opening to anime anime, Fight Together

Don't really have time to weed through it all, but I do have some recommendations that I didn't see on your list. I assume someone already recommended all the animes that show on Adult Swim.

Vampire Knight - I don't really care for vampires all that much. A little burned out on them, but I really like some of the characters and internal struggles. Don't want to spoil much. vampires exist in two forms pure blood and other, pure blood have control over themselves etc while others are more like monsters that just feed. The story centers on a private school that allows Vampires and Humans to go to school at the same place, limited interaction. Saying too much more would probably give away spoilers I do recommend it. Its a drama/action style anime.

Darker Than Black - Love this anime, action/drama again, probably more action. People called contractors have special powers which they must pay a price to use. The price is normally some kind of OCD behavior. It follows a main contractor and his team around as they do jobs, mainly eliminating other contractors. The story is very interesting and the characters have great development. Only problem is currently there is no closure style ending. That could change though, the writer had cancer, so we may see more. Apparantly he is recovering and writing a new one. Still one of my favorite animes, up there with Gunslinger Girls, Full Metal and Cowboy Bebop.

Soul Eater - Comedy/Action - I love this anime for how fun it is. The characters are great and the art is a lot of fun. It is kind of a replacement for things like DBZ and bleach. Its similiar in that it archs about the same way except there is zero filler episodes and the characters have a lot more depth and actually grow and develop as the show goes on in a more realistic sense. Less of now I have an attack that is more powerful because of a training montage and more of watching them progress to gaining greater abilities.
