So sure, at Normandy we didn't use it too much, but as the battle-lines were drawn and troop movements scouted it sure came in handy. I like my firefighter analogy:

Paladin is given an axe.
Druids are given a fire hose.
Shaman are given a shovel.
Holy is given a ladder and a net.
Discipline is given a bunch of gas masks.

When you get to a burning house the Paladin starts hacking away. If the problem is harder the Paladin swings harder until it's solved. The Druid starts spraying water all over the damn place. The Shaman goes here and there throwing dirt on the fire to make sure it's smothered. The Holy Priest needs to make damn sure they use their tools right or people will die while they stand there trying to figure out how to catch someone with a ladder. Meanwhile the Discipline Priest makes sure no one dies while trying to do their other jobs.
This just made my day.
