Arthas vs illidan

Looking to see if anyone can help me . I did a quest when questing on my paladin where you control arthas and fight illidan, Now i cant find it and i have searched every forum I know its from the ghost of a little boy but ive been down below ICC and done his quests and he never gave me it then i read you get it from the alliance legion front but all that is their is some dailys :S please help if you can thanks

indeed its that npc but he is not giving me the quest i remember doing return to the surface but ive flew all over icecrown looking for the tank one

U have to finish the tank repair quest that thassarian gives u (this is alliance perspective btw). U hand in the parts to the tank and then Matthias appears and gives u the quest to kill the scourge with the tank, then its goes to the arthas creates scourge from dead soldiers > go back to Thassarian, he gives u a quest to go to Sindragosa's fall, to kill some scourge, then Matthias is there and gets you to go get some welp essence. then he shows u how arthas ressurected Sindy. then i think u go to Matthias in the ICC courtyard or u have to go to Thass 1st.

Heres the detailed chain:
Thassarian should give u http://www.wowhead.com/quest=13386 (Exploiting and Opening) after u complete http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=13036 (The Argent Vanguard chain up until you open Crusader's Pinnacle (the tower ontop of the hill)), and http://www.wowhead.com/quest=13225 (The Skybreaker, provided to you by the injured alliance sky-sailor in the tower on Crusader's Pinnacle once it is opened). This quest will then lead you to the Skybreaker, after you hand it in, it will open up Thassarian's quests. One of which is http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=12887 (It's All Fun and Games) which makes u destroy the giant eyeball ontop of the Shadow Vault. After u hand that in, Thass should then give u the quest to fix the demolisher (after the Vanguard, The Skybreaker and It's All Fun and Games are all completed).

Thats for starters, unless you have The Shadow Vault phased to be the Ebon Blade outpost with FP and all, and the Crusader's Pinnacle phased to be your southern Argent Crusade hub. In which case just ignore the above, unless you reading from top to bottom, then I've wasted your time :P.

Back to Exploiting an Opening. Do the whole killing scourge and blowing up the bombs. You fall down into the pit underneathe ICC. You find the black crystal. You hand in the bomb quest to that. Then Matthias whispers you, he gives you a quest to go kill Faceless Ones to get their blood. Return to him, then get the new quest to go see Thass again, then go though his Portal next to Matthias. Once your out, go see Thass. He will give you http://www.wowhead.com/quest=13393 (Field Repairs) which Thass sends you to gather Demo parts from the Geists in the pit where the Demo is (Looking at the Icecrown map, and following the big pit anti clockwise, the Demo should be in the second section from the Ironwall Dam (the most souther wall of the pit itself)). Get the parts, hand it in to the Demo (follow the eastern cliff face of the pit, and it should be quite close to the wall seperating the Fallen Soldiers/That's Abominable pit and the Demo pit, but fly low, as I'm pretty sure the ? wont appear unless ur within range). After you hand it in, Matthias will poof right next to it (hes ghostly, so its hard to spot him without looking at the faded yellow ! above him). He gives you http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=13394 (Do Your Worst). Jump into the Demo, and go shoot some scourge, then go to the wrecked camp (with the introduction of the inbuilt WoW quest tracker, the map should show you where the quest objectives are and where to hand it in). When there, do the quest Matthias gives you. Then when you've gotten the objective complete, jump out of the vehicle and go talk to Matthias again. He'll give you http://www.wowhead.com/quest=13396 (Futility) which sends you back to Thass.

Thass will then send you to Sindy's Fall with http://www.wowhead.com/quest=13397 (Sindragosa's Fall), which gets u to kill Scourge and Cultists. Then when ur there, Matthias will be hiding (see through) next to the easter "ramp" leading out of the giant pit. He'll give you http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=13398 (Where Dragons Fell) which makes you kill whelps (on noes, the whelps!) for their Bone Dust. Hand it back into Matthias, then hell show you a Vision of LK ressurecting Sindy (not alot of spoilers there, just him shooting the ice with layzor beems and making a Frost Wyrm fly out of the ice). Matthias will then give you http://www.wowhead.com/quest=13399 (Time for Answers) AT SINDRAGOSA'S FALL! Don't fly all the way over to the ICC courtyard hoping he'll be there.

Once you get there. Matthias will be standing near the cross roads of the courtyard. He'll give you http://www.wowhead.com/quest=13400 (The Hunter and the Prince). Then the fun begins.
