    Curse

Is anyone having issues connecting to Curse.com? I'm getting a DNS message when I try to connect, my Curse Client doesn't want to work anymore either.

I'm having the same issue. Some sort of "DNS Made Easy" page instead of the Curse website. My Curse Client gives me a weird 403 Forbidden error also.

They have changed something, but it didn't work as planned. The DNS information was wrong, and a lot of ISP's are now caching the old, wrong data. It will go away with time.

You can try the following in Windows to force your machine to load the DNS data again:

    ipconfig /flushdns

If that doesn't help then your ISP is caching wrong data and giving it to your.

    Just wait...

Type the following in your browser and Curse should come up:

    68.64.47.204

Should help until the DNS issue is fixed.

That does help me connect to curse. But when I click a link to go the addon page I get the DNS thing again.

Yeah I've had the problem since yesterday, don't really know wtf is going on.. The client didn't work in the start, but it works fine today - besides it doesn't wanna update any addons...

afaik, it is all fixed now, did a tracert on several Curse domains, all came back as intended, you shouldnt have any more of these issues. if they continue, you might just want to wait until your ISP's routers have flushed and re-gained new routing tables. that is usually done every hour on the hour for the national content servers.
