<Popular Ladies Men> will be a 10 man raiding guild Alliance side on The Scryers server.

We currently hold top server 10 man, whilst being a guild that is barely over a week old.

We plan on maintaining this spot through Cataclysm and finishing up WotLK.

Our Goal:

Our goal is to compete to be the best on the server of our choosing. The leadership consists of players that have had experience in leading server first raiding guilds and playing in World Top 100 Guilds. We want to have a concrete raiding group by Cata's release. One that meshes well together and who's members get along famously. We want a cohesive group that knows each other's play styles in order to adjust to situations without the slightest hesitation. We expect nothing short of excellence from our players and are willing to help in any way necessary to make sure our raiders are performing to the best of their ability and are able to competitively perform under any circumstance. Our goal is to offer a competitive raid setting while fostering a friendly atmosphere, we value friendship but focus on performance. We are all friends, but our goal is to make sure that we keep each other in check as to help each other further improve as a guild.

Our Expectations:

We expect all members to have a COMPLETE knowledge of their class. We want people that know every thing about their class, and the changes coming to their class in Cataclysm. We are ONLY looking for skilled players that don't need coaching in both PvP and PvE. We expect nothing short of excellence in the department of performance. We aren't taking in players new to the game, new to their class, or new to keybindings. We are taking in veterans with the correct criteria and resume that illustrates that of a seasoned raider and competitive player. We expect DEDICATION over everything. We are looking for players that are 100% dedicated to their slot in the roster.

We expect our raiders to be completely min/maxed for raids.Please, USE YOUR ARMOR MASTERY. That means both your professions are benefiting your dps, healing, or tanking. They aren't there to make money, they're there to help us progress. Make a DK alt if you want money. We also expect our raiders to have 80% raid attendance AT LEAST and come prepared to every raid. We expect our raiders to be prepared to wipe in order to learn, not to dread wiping on content.

What we offer:

Challenging and a fun playing environment. We are offering a top tier playing environment where players can joke around yet raid in a serious environment. We offer players that know everything about their class and a mastery of the game itself. We offer leadership that knows how to get content down in a successful and progressive manner. We are here to help each other be the best and nothing short of that, we aren't here to be second place. We offer comedy and a friendly playing style (unless you screw up repeatedly), we understand RL comes first, hence our late raid times. We offer a balance between RL and Raiding, though we may forgo the way of the RL in the first 2-3 weeks of Cataclysm since we are indeed racing, and we value life over video games. We are very understanding of schedules and just want adequate notice if one is going to miss a raid.

What we are

A group of RL/Internet friends looking to bolster our roster with newcomers that can offer the same sort of play style we offer. We are all laid back players that value RL over this game. We believe that raiding with FRIENDS is better than raiding with COWORKERS, we value friendship over everything in this game. We are very understanding yet very strict when it comes to raiding. We are a friendship-oriented guild with lots of rainbows and smiley faces. On a more serious note, we formed this guild because we know raiding with friends makes it all the more bearable and we want to foster a friendly guild more than anything. We have a very low tolerance for drama. If you're going to cry about this game, go suck on mom's tit.
