Black Ice for me, and I was happy to get it in 3.0 and sad to replace it with an uglyass staff from Ulduar. It will be one of the few weapons I actually save in my inventory for future purposes....I usually save all my tier gear and any really awesome looking weapons or weapons that mean something to me....pretty much everything else can go in the trash and I won't miss it. Think my second favorite would be Valynr. Shadowmourne however is the lamest looking legendary ever IMO.

Naxx definitely had the best weapon models. The Last Laugh, The Turning Tide, Slayer of the Lifeless, The Skull of Ruin *What, its a weapon, shield slam hits harder than Mike Tyson*

Turning Tide was my favorite by far (warlock and paladin)

Shadowmourne and Vala'nyr were awesome as well. Brymtoll was pretty cool.
