The build above is for leveling, I took Lichborne for some self heal and butchery to speed-up mob killing and I coupled this with
this Oracle Talisman of Ablution x2

runic power like crazy since the trinket stack (yes 40RP x2 per kill + butchery 20 rp) means some crazy frost strikeiness

ANyoen can give me tought on this (I dont want proc with timer since they almost always end up being wasted, like DBW)

meh, for me its going to be a mix of tank/dps gear, with dps trinkets (HDBW and the RS25 melee trinket) yes their proc trinkets, but the base state you get (which i reforged haste) is very desirable, and the majority of the time, ill be massing up the quest mobs as i dnd, howling blast and deathstrike when needed

I would replace one of the trinkets, Obliterate is still your hardest hitting skill probably.

For leveling, I'll have a similar spec and a blood "dps" offspec, when mobs start to get tough
