What happens after cataclysm?

Vanilla: Played in Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms.
Burning Crusade: Played in Outlands, Kal and EK remain the same.
Wrath: Played in Northrend, Kal and Ek and OL remain the same.
Cataclyrm: Kal and EK remade, OL and NR remain the same.
???: Played in new place? remade OL? Kal and EK, OL, NR remain the same?

...
After cataclysm will Deathwing still fly around and shoot fire at people?
Will Kal and EK still be crazy destroyed?

Will there be another 5 years of "stormwind on fire" as it was "westfall inn still no progress being finished"?
Why did they kill off old blanchy?

Twisting Nether (not the rubbish empty zone currently in outlands)

There are still plenty of other worlds to visit, they need not remake the two previous expansions aside from changing a few things story-wise to make sense of the timeline.

I assume they'd create a new world or dream world (emerald dream or emerald nightmare for example) for the 85-90 areas. We also still have a lot left to do to defeat the Burning Legion.

Sentinel Hill Inn, was done but was burned down .. Emerald Dream won't be an Expansion .. Just a Patch and Twisting Nether seems better

There are many locations we could still visit that I can think of...

Uninstanced AN/Old Kingdom - Very small dungeon in-game at the moment but in lore it's much bigger, would be great for an underground zone similar to Deepholm
Emerald Dream - Good for another "big continent" expansion like TBC or WoTLK, and there's plenty of story to develop there around the Emerald Nightmare and the Green Dragonflight (notice also out of all flights, green is nowhere as a mount and Oculus doesn't really count) - in lore it's just as big as Azeroth so it would be really stupid to make it a raid or 5-man
Argus - Draenei Homeworld
Burning Legion Homeworld - wherever that is...
Other Twisting Nether Related Stuff

Pandaria/Random Islands in the Great Sea of Azeroth
More Underwater Zones (maybe we will see Naga capital Nazjatar)
