Blood Princes are chaotic and its the fight we had problem with when we started ICC10hc. Cant really remember how we did it, we just did! haha
Make sure you dont stack up to many of those "moving debuffs", just move when you really have to.

If Keleseth is active, its better to IT the orbs to grab them as quickly as possible then try to run over to them and melee them. Obviously death coil is your best bet, but while Keleseth is active grab them any means possible. If they decay after Keleseth is no longer active it's not a big deal.

Drop DnD under keleseth as you run around hunting for orbs. I use IT on keleseth as I run around when he is not active to gen RP to grab orbs.

Your portal triggers less stacks of the debuff, having it on the other side of the room might help you take less damage.
