Okay guys, can we say that this achievement proves that these 2 reputations are still farmable in Cata? I still didn't see any blue post which mentioned anything 100% certain.

No one ever said they were disapearing, I'm confused as to why you thought this was a issue.

This achievement was released/datamined/mentioned months ago.
Blizzard stated only Shen'dralar and Zandalar reps were being removed. no other classic rep were being removed.

AQ 40 isn't being removed
MC isn't being removed.

I fail to see what the confusion is.

I believe that AQ40 is the same, and that AQ20 is changed to 10man from 20. Unless I missed the AQ40 change.

The faction NPCs (of HW atleast) are getting remvoed due to Azshara's reshaping, however that doesn't mean the faction itself is removed. You can still obtain rep with them by farming MC however there will be pretty much no NPCs to put that reputation to good use. I'm assuming the same happens with BoN, if it does.
