    Computer Update

So, about six months ago I was planning to build a new computer. I did my research, and came up with the build found below, but for a number of reasons (read: unemployment) I was forced to hold off on my spending spree. Now, I am recently employed and am looking to get a rig up and running before cata blasts off. My proficiency admittedly isn't that great, but I have a few friends who are willing to lend a hand. My question is, have these parts been replaced with newer technology? Is this still a viable build?

that is still a vauled build. only thing i would change is the case. the antec 300 is a REALY tiny case.

get a samsung spinpoint f3 insted of the WD black and use the saved money for a bigger case. you will thank youself latter for getting a bigger case

it's hardly a savings to get spinpoint over caviar; $10, maybe $15.

The SSD I'd either stay away from or get a larger one unless WoW is the only thing you want on there. It's your money, but I would suggest that if you get an SSD to get a 128GB+ so you can fit all your used programs on it

The 300 is small, but it's still rather easy to work with and has pretty good airflow.
