I used a mix of several, though one that you didn't mention above is wowpedia. Some are more in-date than others though, for example, some gear is listed as BoP in some places and BoE in others. Generally wowhead was the more up to date database in those situations.

Looking at that you get about 1800 hit rating if ya grab the right gear and enchants have not looked into cata gems yet... but thats a good start for fury ^.^

When looking at a BiS setup in my spreadsheet, with pre-raid gear only, hit amounts to 2469 rating (including enchants and gems). That's 20,59%, to which I can add the additional 3% from precision, ending at 23,59%. I haven't seen what stats are available on the raid gear yet, as those lists still seem pretty incomplete, but our tier is horribly itemized But either way, that should return a fair amount of rage, allowing us to do what we do best - kick the living shit out of things ;D

If you can get to 2469 hit without reforging then chances are you'll have enough hit rating to reach that 27% mark with pre-raid gear which is promising. The only difference then will be the loss of haste rating percent (both direct & indirect) we have currently.

Sorry, that's including reforge.. additionally, I've reached the expertise cap aswell as 18,92% crit (incl. base agi, agi from gear, kings and rampage - 19,92% if you're a worgen). That leaves me with only 35 mastery rating (from the head enchant) and 2,96% haste total..

If we manage to get our hands on two weapons with equal weapon speed and sync their attacks, our flurry uptime should provide enough rage combined with the hit, enabling us to perform at more than a reasonable level.. ofc, this is only my anticipations..
