Initially i'll level my mage as fire, I havn't tried mage on beta though so it's prone to change.

I am going to run as Arcane until I run into problems. 2 min cooldown on evocate is nice and hopefully will reduce downtime.

Once I run into areas where I can't insta kill a mob or will have to pull multiple I will use frost.

Oh, frost of course! At least lvling up this way in WoTLK was so sweet - Cold Snap saved my tiny gnomish frostbolt spamer so many times plus numerous whispers from people in random LFGs after my blizzard spam on packs ... i will miss old random blizzard freezes so much =(
And arcane for "if something goes terribly wrong" moments, however i dunno what they will look like oO.
