No, that would be unfair to people who pay regularly via credit cards. That's also why you don't pay tax on game cards. Everyone pays 14.99 or 15$ equally.

I had to pay tax on a game card once. I actually asked them why, and they didn't know because they were a mindless retail drone. It was pretty retarded.

and
GameCard for 60days +/- 25.99€ which is +/- $35.19, but there's some stores where you can buy it 1€ or 2€ cheaper.
