So when does it go live on the servers? Is it at 12am pacific standard time? or is it 12am local time.

I got contradicting answers when I asked on official forums. A GM told me 12:00 PST and a CM told me local time which would be 12:00 EST. But I'm going to go with the blues answer.

It's *supposed* to be server time. However, previous experience indicates that it may be one or two hours earlier. It's all down to when they push the button at Bliz HQ.
